Here in Greater Des Moines, it's simple to be a kid. Whether your concept of family fun is a skate park, a smash park, an amusement park, or a real park, Des Moines is the ideal escape, no matter if you're young or just young at heart.
Gee, what could be more enjoyable than spring break with the kids? Those beautiful children leaping on the couch, battling with each other, making a mess everywhere they go. There will be a timed egg scramble for kids ages 10 and under, fun art activities, a kids play zone, live student musical, dance performances, a neighborhood walking at 10:30 a.m. and more.
